The Tau Kappa Sigma Fraternity is a social fraternity founded in 2007 by men at Immaculata University in Immaculata, Pennsylvania.
The ideas were originally brought about by Mark Stanford who then involved multiple young men, including Dan Cacioppo, D'Angelo
Baldwin, Jeff DeSantis, Jim Baranello, Thomas Hartney, Matthew Brown, Ryan Huber, David Dowd, and Tim Flanigan at the University
in formulating ideas which developed into the Tau Kappa Sigma fraternity. We are a fraternal brotherhood rooted in what we
believe to be the true fundamentals of friendship and brotherhood, as well as what we believe is needed to aid in developing
young men into fruitful, successful individuals with a strong foundation in what it means to achieve as well as give back
to the community.
The Tau Kappa Sigma fraternity holds close certain core values that we as a group of individuals
intend to emphasize and enact in our daily lives and in the messages we send to those who we come in contact with and bring
into our close fraternal fellowship. We believe that the growth of a man during his college years is one of the most important
stages in their life. They are most perceptive and impressionable at this time. We, the members of the Tau Kappa Sigma fraternity,
shall provide an opportunity for young men to give back to their community and school.
The members of the Tau Kappa
Sigma fraternity will build moral character in all aspects of life. Immaculata University is an institution which prides itself
on developing men and women into wholesome, well rounded individuals, who are accepting of any differences. We intend to do
the same within our fraternity, showing young men what it is to be a gentleman as well as develop them into an understanding
and well rounded individual for all time to come.

The Tau Kappa Sigma fraternity will keep young men active in their school and the organizations the school provides by emphasizing
to them the importance of these activities to their health and development.
In realization that the first year of college
can be a difficult time, the members of the Tau Kappa Sigma fraternity will provide a strong foundation for all members and
young men who become affiliated with the fraternity, to help support them in times of need and to guide them as a mentor through
all stages of the collegiate career.
Through all of our fraternal actions, both daily and for all time to come, the
brothers and alumnus of the Tau Kappa Sigma fraternity shall conduct themselves in a manner that shall abide by that which
is expressed in our beliefs and mission.
